In 1994, an organisation hired me and a few others as trainers. I was very young and inexperienced at that time. They gave us some training materials which we were expected to use while training some well defined groups. At the end of that year, the leaders and co-ordinators concluded that I was the worst speaker amongst all the young trainers they hired!
I got discouraged at that time, but I took a decision to work on myself. A few years later, I was announced as the best among all the trainers in the organisation! To God be the glory!
I have spoken on various platforms, and it has been better still! I keep speaking and training young people in their large numbers on how to speak effectively in public.
